Notes: Made from Syrah, Cabernet Franc and Merlot. A soft and mildly complex rosé with big weight and distinct presence. Wild strawberry ferment with some mild savoury creaminess. Stewed rhubarb characters and lightly sumptuous tannin profile. Lovely presence in the mouth. Made for drinking at 2-4 years old. Balanced, structured long and dry. Not a bi-product of red winemaking this is serious and focused purpose grown Rosé. Very classy. 100% FHE 8 vineyard. Drink: 2018-2021+
