Notes:  A 100% Waiheke coastal single site. A combination of 4 noble Syrah clones from western cliff tops of Waiheke providing layers of silky depth and complexity with earthy tones. Artisan winemaking is a truly Herculean undertaking. This wine is dedicated to my grandmothers family "la famille Cavrois".

Cellar at 13-15 ºC. Drink: 2020 – 2028.
